Knitting and Fabric Processing Unit
Research & Development
Developing Knitting, Cone Winding, Collar Knitting, Dyeing, Washing, Drying, Wet process and Compacting Project according to the owned Sewing capacity, even to execute CMP orders as a job work and as per the Customer’s expectation.
Waste water treatment; (RO Plant) estimating (including the Printing Unit for Phase – III)

Number 1 to 9 is a set of work, the same way Number 10 to 17, 18&19, 20 to 22 and 23 to 28 are sets of works. Can complete these works within EIGHT MONTHS. That means the factory may start its work within eight months.
Unidentified delays may happen in Bank loan, construction, importing the construction material and fulfilling the legal formalities area.
Fund is very important to complete the project on time.
Above defined set of works have deep connection in each other, the work, inside of the set; also have interconnection. One set can’t be started without completion of the previous set. Each set dependent on others. This may also cause delays.
Estimated Time frame: – From April 2022 to June 2023
Month – 1: – Basic Plan; Government formalities like land leas; Based on the basic plan identifying the required machines and other utilities; Arrange Driver and Vehicles; Complete the basic project plan for bank work. Apply for a loan for building and machine. Hire If Staffs required for Bank follow-up, Govt Office follow-up, Documents and Shipping follow-ups.
Month – 1 & 2: – Government formalities; Based on the basic plan identifying the required machines and required building space; Bank formalities; Negotiating Contractors, Assigning Contactors; Hire security. Start Office building construction work. Start negotiation with machine manufacturers, collect quotation. Compare the durability of the machine. Choose the planned to buy machines and utilities.
Month – 2 & 3: – Based on the basic plan identifying the required machines; Start negotiation with machine manufacturers, collect quotation. Arrange visits to the machine manufacturers. Co-ordinating the contractors to find and estimate the Factory building space; Office construction; Factory construction materials estimate; Wiring requirements estimation; Finding wiring contractors; Sourcing the material manufacturers for factory; Price and other terms negotiation. Order placing.
Month – 3 & 4: -Continue negotiation with machine manufacturers, collect quotation. Machine Sourcing from various parts of the world, meeting with Machine manufacturers; Price and other terms negotiation. Co-ordinating the contractors; Office construction; Ensure the Quality of the Factory construction materials through technical team; estimate additional needs; Establish Wiring Contract; Collect wiring needs; Sourcing the material manufacturers for factory; Price and other terms negotiation. Order placing. Order follow-up; logistic; import and import formalities follow-up. Deploying all necessary materials; follow-up construction.
Month – 4 & 5: – Continue negotiation with machine manufacturers, finalize quotation. Machine Sourcing from various parts of the world, meeting with Machine manufacturers; Price and other terms negotiation. Co-ordinating the contractors; Office construction; Ensure the Quality of the Factory construction materials through technical team; estimate additional needs; Establish Wiring Contract; Collect wiring needs; Sourcing the material manufacturers for factory; Price and other terms negotiation. Order placing. Order follow-up; logistic; import and import formalities follow-up. Fill the vacancies; Hire Consultants; Buy Fabric and Trims; Start training for Staffs and Labors. Arrange Telephone and Internet connections.
Month 7 & 8: – Deploy the machines as per lay plan., Install the machinery connecting roads. Install the machinery. Install the power house. Install electrical wiring works. Fill the vacancies, Continue the training; Do Sampling orders; Do Local orders; Arrange Buyer meetings; Visit Buyer Office; Collect Trail orders; Prepare buyer sampling; attend the Trade Fairs.
Month – 8 to 10: – Find errors and rectify the errors. Do Local orders on CMP basis. Visit Buyer Office, meet Customers, Develop Samples for each Customers, Develop Website, develop marketing, Start export orders in CMP Basis. Find additional requirement according to the Customer needs.

Month – 11 & 12: – Deploy the machines as per lay plan. Install the machinery. Install the power house. Complete electrical wiring works. Fill the vacancies, Continue the training; Do Sampling orders; Do Local orders; Arrange Buyer meetings; Visit Buyer Office; Collect Trail orders; Prepare buyer sampling; attend the Trade Fairs.
Month – 13 to 14: – Find errors and rectify the errors. Do Local order in full package basis. Buy trims and accessories as per the order’s needs. Visit Buyer Office, meet Customers, Develop Samples for each Customers, Update Website, develop Marketing, Start Export Orders as full package basis. Months – 11 & 12: – Finalize the Custom Jersey order designing website with all tools and start to accept orders from USA, Canada, and Europe customers. Customer can design their Styles, Size, Color, Print, and Embroidery from the collective designs and fabrics. Tokens will work to buy the custom jerseys on the website with other currencies.
Customers can order Sports Garments, Team Garments, and School Uniforms through the website. Customer’s orders will be packed and sent to country head delivery address all together as one shipment, from there each pack will courier to the individuals. So, transportation will not affect the selling price. So, within a month individual customers will get their custom designed garments on their door’s steps at a competitive and cheaper price.
