Order Confirmation
All garments at Bivastra are custom-made. After you place an order on our website, we will confirm the design, price, and terms with you. Production begins only after your confirmation and successful payment.
Production Timeline
Production of customized garments requires 35 days from the date of confirmation and payment. This period covers sourcing materials, garment manufacturing, finishing, and quality checks.
Shipping Timeline
- Domestic Orders (India): 5–10 business days after production
- International Orders: 10–20 business days after production (subject to customs clearance)
Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Tracking
Once dispatched, we will share tracking details with you via email/SMS.
Delays
Unforeseen delays due to logistics, customs, or supply chain issues may occur. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.
