Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.
- Once production has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only for orders cancelled within the allowed 24-hour window.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Customized garments are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong product delivered
Exchange
- Exchanges are available only in case of size issues (if not customized to exact body measurements) or manufacturing defects, subject to product availability.
